Horse Talk first aired on Park City's KPCW in May of 2006. The brainchild of host Jennie Hegeman, it provides decades of equine knowledge with razor sharp wit and clever charm. The cast and crew, a collection of horse professionals, is led by Jen Hegeman and co-hosted by Dr Charmian Wright (an equine veterinarian). Though this is Jen's first venture into radio, her background as a model, a bouncer, a single mother, an entrepreneur and a horse trainer, affords listeners with unique insight to the equine industry and every day life. Listeners come to Horse Talk whether they own a horse, ride a horse, or rode one on an amusement park carousel twenty years ago. The secret behind their success is the repartee between the crew, the diversity of guests and America's fascination with the horse.
